Field	Type	Required	What it is
base_url	string	Yes	HTTPS address of the conductor or standalone Instant AP, REST port 4343, e.g. https://192.0.2.10:4343. No trailing slash. The certificate must match this address and be trusted by the Windmill worker (DENO_CERT or SSL_CERT_FILE): a default self-signed certificate is rejected.
username	string	Yes	Instant management user. If calls fail with 'Invalid opcode for current user', the user lacks privileges for the REST API; use a full-privilege management user.
password	string	Yes	Password of that management user.
