Add the resource in Windmill

Open Resources, add a resource of type gitbook, and paste the token.

Everything your own account can, in every organization you belong to. GitBook has no per-token scopes.

Is my token stored on the hub?

Never. It lives only in your own Windmill workspace, encrypted at rest.
