Agent_instructions

A set of files that is meant to include your agent instructions, AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md and skills/foo/SKILL.md as a fileset (so path -> content). e.g: ``` CLAUDE.md: You're a polite agent that always say hi skills/sayhi/SKILLS.md: To say hi, say howdy! ```
